PARKING PASS

Parking passes are required for all vehicles in Shelter Cove, Shipyard, Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, and should be displayed on your dashboard.

Sand

Beach sand will easily clog sinks and bathtubs. Please get as much sand as possible out of your towels and bathing suits before entering your villa.

Refrigerator

Upon check-in, your refrigerator has just been left open to be cleaned. Refrigerators take at least 4 hours to cool once they are filled with semi-warm items. Please allow sufficient time for your refrigerator to cool back down. Do not change the temperature settings.

TRASH CHUTES/RECYCLING

Each complex has trash chutes or containers either in the building or conveniently located in the parking area. Please bag all trash and be sure to close the containers.

Before You Depart

Take out the kitchen trash, including any unwanted items in the fridge
Load and start the dishwasher
Place towels in the bathtub
Check the villa thoroughly for your belongings; we cannot be responsible for lost items!
Call our office and let us know you have departed.

Towels

Please do not hang towels on balcony rails

Air Conditioning

Please do not lower the AC setting below 70º; doing so may cause the unit to freeze up and stop cooling properly. Fan should always be set on AUTO. If the outside temperature is above 90º, your villa will not cool below 70º. If you have just arrived, please allow time for the villa to cool down after cleaning and disinfection.

Garbage Disposal

The following items do not belong in this modern convenience:
Shrimp Shells
Coffee Grounds
Potato Skins
Fruit Rinds
SAND!

POOL Info

Each community has its own pool and its own regulations for access and usage. Most community pools open April 1. If a code is needed for access, it was provided with your check-in information. If pool entry is via card, you will find it in your villa.

NOTE
DUE TO OCCUPANCY AND CLEANING RESTRICTIONS, YOU MAY NOT INVITE GUESTS TO ENTER THE COMMUNITY POOL. NO EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS ON THE ISLAND OR ANYONE WHO IS NOT STAYING WITH YOU MAY ENTER COMMUNITY POOLS.

Pools are cleaned and maintained by each property's regime management company. Please do not use the pool if you have a cough, fever or any other cold or flu-like symptom.

Booked a very last minute mini vacation August 2-6th 2025 in Palmetto Dunes with Trident and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. These ladies were so helpful and hospitable, can’t give this place enough credit. Being such short notice we were able to bring our dog Winnie along with us to the beach and Trident made that possible at an affordable price. I will definitely keep Trident in mind for future vacations with Winnie!
