Just a 10-minute walk from the beach—with a seasonal shuttle (Memorial Day to Labor Day) ready to whisk you to the sand—this coastal gem puts you right in the middle of everything the island has to offer, yet feels like your own private sanctuary.

Inside, a warm, open-concept layout welcomes you with soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and sunlight that dances across beautiful hardwood floors. The main living area offers cozy, communal seating perfect for catching up after a day of exploring. With the beach, and all the amenities of Chaplin community park (a great kids playground, outdoor basketball courts, public tennis courts, soccer & baseball fields) only a short walk away - there are activities closeby for every member of your party. 

The fully updated kitchen is a chef’s dream—sleek stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a massive dining table make it easy to cook and gather with your entire group. Signature linens and top-tier bedding ensure a luxurious night’s sleep in every room, with accommodations that sleep a crowd in style: three king beds, one queen bed, a trundle bed, and eight custom-built bunk beds.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom—some en suite—with dual vanities and spa-inspired touches for added comfort and privacy. A full laundry room with a high-capacity washer and dryer makes extended stays effortless.

There’s no shortage of space to spread out and relax. Two interior staircases and an elevator (non-ADA compliant) make getting around a breeze. Mix up your favorite drinks at the wet bar, stocked with a mini fridge and beverage cooler, or step outside for some fresh air. The outdoor space is built for fun—grill out, lounge by the pool (with its own full bathroom), challenge your crew to a game of ping-pong, or head up to the rooftop patio to watch the sun set with a cocktail in hand.

We’ve got your beach days covered, too—with gear ready to go and all the essentials for a full day of sand and surf.

Immaculately kept and thoughtfully designed, this home is more than a rental—it’s your launchpad for an unforgettable Hilton Head adventure. Whether you’re biking through shaded trails, kayaking in the marshes, or simply soaking up the Southern sun, this is where lifelong memories begin.

**Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day, or $500/week. Pool may not be able to heat to desired temperature if outside temperature is < 60 F. Please inquire at the time of booking.
