I don't remember the name of the lady who checked us in but she was great. Ran me through the entire process of getting into the villa and what to expect that afternoon. Annie was on-site to inspect the villa following its cleaning and also in the office later in the week when we had a mishap with the screen mesh door from the living area onto the deck. She was great in how she communicated everything and helped get that screen repaired.

I appreciated how you all communicated leading up to the stay and throughout the stay. Everything was flawless. The villa was outstanding.

The villa is beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The spacious living area and well-appointed kitchen made us feel right at home. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The private balcony became our favorite spot to relax and take in the serene harbor views, especially during sunset. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to fantastic restaurants, shops, and activities. We loved taking evening strolls along the harbor and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. The villa's amenities, including the pool were top-notch and added to the overall experience. The hosts were attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our week at Shelter Cove Harbor was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

Booking a condo for our family vacation was easy and we saved a little money going through trident instead of the big booking services. The communication was great and check in and check out were easy.

We love 16 Water Oak villas. This was our second time renting this condo and its still perfect for our family of 5. Great space, comfortable and clean, beautiful location on the golf course and easy bike ride to the beach, central palmetto dunes and shelter cove.
