I can't say enough good about our experience with Trident Rentals. The entire process went so smoothly. From booking the property and everything that followed, we don't have a single complaint. Their updated procedures in light of Covid-19 were excellent. The virtual check in process, property access instructions, and virtual guest book/travel guide gave us all of the necessary information we needed and then some. Throughout the course of our stay, there were a few general questions we asked and they were addressed quickly and completely. We enjoyed our time so much that we actually extended our stay which was an extremely easy process as well. Trident Rentals and their team went above and beyond, making our vacation one of the best we have ever had. I would recommend them a thousand times over with absolutely no hesitation at all.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. After having several other properties fall through, we stumbled across this and couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 (which includes two big teenage boys), and the condo was well equipped to meet all of our needs. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were so happy to find the condo extremely well cleaned and all of the extra steps taken to keep us safe (removing extra decorative items that are not easily cleaned, etc). We spent our days going to the beach (the private access to Palmetto Dunes was a huge bonus!) then hanging out at the pool. We enjoyed it so much, we actually added extra days on to our vacation. It is one of the best family vacations we have had to date!

The place was cute, and exactly what we needed. The pool is super nice as well. Not to mention, you get access to the Palmettos Dunes private beach (yassss). The amenities in the condo itself were fairly basic, so make sure you bring paper plates, baggies, etc. We werent there most of the time during the day so it ended up being perfect for us!!

The condo was great and in a perfect location. Close to the pool, on the first floor, close to shopping and dining in Shelter Cove, and the access to Palmetto Dunes beach was an extra perk. We will definitely stay again

Ceil and Debbie were both so kind and welcoming.

Reservations were easy online. Check-in was simple, they were ready for us and just handed us the envelope. We have been to HHI many times, this was the easiest ever.

Love that it does not have to be Saturday to Saturday. Arriving mid-week was awesome, avoided the crowd.

This place is so spacious and comfy. Short bike ride to a number of stores and shops. Will book again in the future.
