Cecilia was very helpful in providing suggestions for entertainment and dining. She was very accommodating.

We loved staying at this villa; this was our second trip here and the owners had made several improvements that added to our enjoyment. The beds were very comfortable, good cable service and fun watching all the golfers. We hope to come back again.

I don't remember the name of the lady who checked us in but she was great. Ran me through the entire process of getting into the villa and what to expect that afternoon. Annie was on-site to inspect the villa following its cleaning and also in the office later in the week when we had a mishap with the screen mesh door from the living area onto the deck. She was great in how she communicated everything and helped get that screen repaired.

I appreciated how you all communicated leading up to the stay and throughout the stay. Everything was flawless. The villa was outstanding.

Booking a condo for our family vacation was easy and we saved a little money going through trident instead of the big booking services. The communication was great and check in and check out were easy.

We love 16 Water Oak villas. This was our second time renting this condo and its still perfect for our family of 5. Great space, comfortable and clean, beautiful location on the golf course and easy bike ride to the beach, central palmetto dunes and shelter cove.

This was our first time on Hilton head Island, and we would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family! This unit was great for renting, an end unit with awesome golf course views and three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms (one on main level too), in unit laundry, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home Plus all the extras for heading to the beach for the day! The Palmetto dunes neighborhood that this unit is located in is simply stunning, so immaculately maintained and safe for walking, cars drive slow and lots of paved paths. Lots of wildlife and sealife to be seen here. The beach is a short walk away , and the pool is located right across the parking lot. Walking distance to conveniences like bike rentals and little restaurant on the ocean and Pickleball and tennis courts plus other restaurants and a convenience store and of course golfing. There really isnt much more you could ask for in a location . We went the last week of April and the weather was perfect for us, high 70s, sunny and a little humidity great tropical feeling getaway from Minnesota. We would love to come back again someday.

This condo was perfectly located for both beach and golf lovers. We walked to the beach and were delighted to have a very private area compared to other beach access points. The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family. The little details were important, from the beach towels to every kitchen appliance and gadget. There is ample parking and it is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shops. We loved it.

Over the past 25+ years, always friendly, helpful and knowlegable.

Second stay here...suits our needs to a "T".

Water Oak #16 is the perfect villa for either a couple or a family traveling to Hilton Head. This villa is very clean and has everything you need. Comfy king bed in Master, comfortable seating in living room. There are 2 more bedrooms (and bathrooms) upstairs that we didnt need, but would be great if traveling with friends or family. We really enjoyed it, and would definitely book it again. Short walk to beach. Lots to do in Palmetto Dunes.

The process of renting and accessing the townhome was easy and efficient and the rental group was responsive and helpful when we had questions. No issues at all.

It was perfect beach getaway. Easy drive from Atlanta; spacious, comfortable townhome for our family of 5; so much to access via bike (beach, restaurants, putt putt, fishing, or just a ride for fun.

We had a great stay. The condo was in great shape and the kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. It was a quick bike ride or walk to beach access at the Dunes House.
