Our cancellation policies have been updated to reflect a Summer decrease in COVID numbers. However, we recognize that COVID cases have increased across the country and may cause concern for upcoming Fall and Winter visitors. Our policy remains flexible, allowing cancellations up to 30 days before arrival OR move your booking to a later date in the same villa. We do not want you to visit if you or a member of your family are ill or have been ill with COVID in the last 14 days. Please contact us directly if you need special assistance in this regard.

Our properties are cleaned thoroughly between each guest, bedding is freshly laundered to industry standards, and we continue to offer remote check in for all guests. As of August 23, 2021, Hilton Head has not mandated masks. Further information regarding local guidelines and information can be found here. The Town of Hilton Head is quite proactive in requiring safety precautions for visitors and guests, we encourage you to keep this link for future updates.
